More on Fedex Stopping Notary Service
I'm in Washington State and just dropped in on my local Fedex/Kinkos' store and asked about notary service. They say Washington State Fedex Stores will discontinue notary service this time next year, but the stores are discountinuing service nationwide in different phases.
Marking my calendar to mail some business cards to the store next year.

Mail business cards? Surely you jest.
What would you do if some business cards arrived in your mail...along with a nice note explaining the reason I'm sure, but still, it's very likely you'd put them in the round file. It's pretty likely that whoever gets the mail at Kinko's will do the same. Especially if whoever opens that mail isn't the main manager.
No no no no... you cart your sweet self down there and hand them those cards face to face.

A Face to Face is the ONLY Way to go...
...& speaking of, the Cards are 2 for 2 in their matchup with the Tigers. We'll see which Pineiro shows up tonight.

Re: Mail business cards? Surely you jest.
Would totally "cart my sweet self down there" but I'm going to respect their "no soliciting" signs which are very clearly posted on the front door.
I'm in there nearly every day for one reason or another (I have a couple small businesses and don't want a fedex account at home due to our snarky homeowner's association), so they all know me (and my kids as I usually go on hours I'm not working) and recognize my business cards (which are always clipped on the folders I send my docs back in).
Since it would be against their policy for me to walk in and pass out cards, I'll just mail a few.
Thanks for the tip though, you're absolutely right--mailing a business card is genearlly a waste of a stamp.
