NNA Background Check
I was looking at my recent background check report and for one of my previous addresses it shows in 2004 an address with a PO Box in New Mexico. I have never lived there and have never had a PO box. Should I be concerned? I get an annual credit report and there has never been anything unusual on that. The rest of the addresses on my BGR are all correct. Thanks for any opinions!

How about the fact that this erroneous NNA Background Check is "the only one we will accept", "is more detailed than any other" and "is the industry standard"....
Ugh

If it's for NNA specific background check ...
I had an error on mine when LexisNexis did it for the NNA.
The NNA referred me to LN. The customer service representative told me, "Don't worry about it. It's only for the NNA and you 'passed' for their certification." In other words, as long as you PASS for the NNA seal, it doesn't matter to LN if there are errors in the report.

This is what had occured to me. When I contacted LN about corrections there was a hassle. That's how I can to receive $1,000 in a Class Action against LN for violating Fair Credit Reporting Act. It was amusing!

FWIW, according to Switchboard.com there are about
300 folks with your name that have listed phones if the US of A. Apparently, the one in NM does not have any evil hits, so they were able to give you a clean report without chiecking further. Just guessing, but the seems logical
