In my list from NR, states that this closing company is unavailable.... this is very strange.
Anyone can tell me if this is a legit service????

I don't know where you see unavailable - that would be the rating and it shows up as 4.5 stars for me.

Yep, that is what I have in my list, I guess is from a while back, so they are OK? I will change my list if that is the case.

From what I have seen they are a good company. I got a call from them but was unable to do the signing. If they call again I will work with them for sure.
