I did 2 closings for them recently. Paid well and within 2 weeks.

They called me yesterday with an emergency "need to fix it" situation from the day before (obvious notary issues). I declined, because I don't backdate & that's what they were expecting. Crazy things happen at EOM, even with good companies.

I worked for them once in May (received payment within two weeks) and have one for them tomorrow (Sunday). They have explicit instructions NOT to contact the borrower before the appointment for any reason. I told them that was fine with me as long as they guarantee a print and trip fee if the borrower isn't there (it's only 4 miles away). They did say in writing that they would pay 1/2 the agreed fee if the borrower no-shows, and 1/4 fee if the appointment cancels after docs are printed but before the appointment time.

Just finished my job for them. Package was 125 pages - 20 of which were title docs (the annoying kind that could have been condensed into a lot fewer docs and at least half require notarization). Total of 13 notary seals for this package.
