Figured June would be busy only 10 loans this month and nothing for today (mid month funding) oh well I'm off to Atlantic City if nothing comes in by 4pm.

I am thinking it is the creeping interests rates coupled with graduations and such. Lots of folks are busy right about now. Last week was busy for me.

It has been pretty quiet today in general... although one SS gave me two signings for today, so I'm not complaining. One is for 10pm, though.

I had signings scheduled for last Friday and Monday. Both (from different sources) canceled at last minute. No info if will be rescheduled. Bummer!

I think that the rates going up and fewer people being eligible for loans is slowing things up. A lot has to do with what part of the country you live in also.
