About a week or so, I saw a post in regards to notorizing medical Affidavits. How does one get started in this? Any help would be appreciated.

There many companies/law firms that need these kinds of forms signed/notarized, and sometimes the records sent to them. Many located in Texas. If they need you they will call you.
