I purchased one about two years ago and it still works great. Although, sometimes it does take me on scenic routes versus direct. Lastly, I did not purchase any of the extra nor did I subscribe to their services.

I have the tom tom 340S and it is a life saver also. Have had previous tomtom and never had problems with it and I don't or at least haven't yet subscribed to any extra services.

I bought a cheapie Navigon a year ago

and already the battery won't hold a charge.
I am going to jump on this sale if I can't get the battery replaced for less than what this
refurb unit is costing.
