Rich Fuchs(Express Financial Services) now at United Lenders

Fuch's has joined United Lenders Service out of Pittsburgh. I was just called by another signer who saw it in the Title Report on-line.

United Lenders Service already has a very bad reputation (imho) on this board.

Does Express Financial have to pay that money back under United Lenders Service?

Did United Lenders Service think that bringing a guy in who owes $$$$$ to our community make us feel less concerned about getting paid?

Will we ever get paid for our work by these guys?

that is funny, I got a email for united lenders that they want me to fill out there info so they can send me work. I just looked them up. Not good. Said they got me off of 123.

FWIW, United Lenders Services sent out an email recruiting notaries (they said they got my name from the # site). I questioned them about payment. They told me that they have only started working directly with notaries in the last two months, and that payment issues in the past were through ss. I know I had worked through Patrick Callahan a while back & had some issues with getting paid. ULS says they will pay between day of disbursement & 2 weeks. I don't know anything about Rich Fuchs/Express Financial Services. I like to try to separate rumor from fact whenever possible.

I just checked Signing Central. It appears that Express Financial Services had filed bankruptcy. If he's accepted a job with another company there would be no obligation for payment under Express if the debts were discharged in Bankruptcy court.

I got burned for a few hundred $$ when EFS went under.

I weigh that against the thousands I made from them over the years.
Makes it a whole lot easier to swollow.
Hated to see them go .
I would be willing to give United a chance.
