Signatures Delivered, Christine Case..
... Does anyone have any experience w/this company/notary? I did a couple of signings for her last month & while the payment is not terribly overdue, her last email of 12 days ago said 'the check is in the mail'. Since then I have gotten no check & response to emails or phone messages left these past days, although the phone messages are being picked up, I believe. I'm wondering if maybe she is on vacation or ??? She has a profile here on Notary Rotary listing her in Garden Grove, CA 92845.

I try not to take calls from a Notary trying to get me to do a signing........... most of the time they will not pay. Try to stick to actual Signing Companies that have built a relationship with the Title and lenders. They don't want to risk their reputation for a non payment to a signing agent. Tell the person that is not paying you that the next call will be to the lender in question to tell them that he/she is not paying their notaries............. that usually works.............

Re: Signatures Delivered, Christine Case.. ----Update---
The check did arrive, 2 weeks after it was sent according to the postmark. Where it had been for those 2 weeks, I do not know but I do now know that 'It can happen'! & I did speak with the owner, Christine, who was on vacation when I was trying to track down the missing check. In short, all is well --- the check cleared --- & I would work for her company again. (Note, even w/the delay, my payment was received in a timely manner.)
