Cristalina, do a search on this forum (orange search button) and you will find some recent messages with contact info for a person named Nikki who some of us have had luck getting to cut us a check. Also check out this company in the Signing Central listing on this website. This company is definitely a loser!
Also, if they gave you the Newport Beach address, then the deal was probably affiliated with the Oxford Dunn group. Go ahead and contact Nikki anyway - they seem to operate out of several different companies, all with different names but some shared addresses.

when dealing with flakes -I get real aggressive. These tactics may not be suitable for everyone. I am comfortable with them when dead beats try to steal from me. I sent a letter to the California Real estate board, complaining about Spectra/Echo/Financial solutions=etc. Nikki called me begging for my address so she could immediately send a check to me. As I write this, the check is in my hand- she paid my $25.00 late fee and over nighted the check to me...could not get it to me fast enough!! Go after them strong is my suggestion.......
