I'm Disappointed...

...all those lines of prose & not a single reference to the 1st place team in the NL West. Almost a good waste of bandwidth.

Wink

I'm too tired for more "verse" (sic) but idiot #2 was a hoot

Offered me $75 for edocs, but the timing and location was just perfect so I only asked for $100 (yeah yeah, put down the spitwads)

He'll have to get that approved.

No problem, you do that.

Half hour later he gained the coveted approval (what buddy tired after calling only 5, gotta be more persistent)

Yeah I can do your $100 but there's some special details with this lender.

Oh?!?

They need you to print 3 packages, sign two and send one to Title and one to the Lender (A split package, but grow then split, kind of like embryonic development.)

And... they don't have a FedEx account we need you to send it and we'll reimburse you.

I need at least $125 for that (No, I'd not do it for that, but I figured that would blow him off, otherwise when he called back I'd have an appointment already.)

"Gee... I'd have to get that approved"

You do that.

Oh and I forgot...

on his first call when he offered me $75 he actually said "our fees are not high but we make it up to our agents in volume."

Just what I need, a whole lot of cheap signings!

That's when I started backing away, I think I must have been tired, if I had been more alert I woulda just cut him off hard right there and saved 3 more calls.
