I use CR Office Technologies, Inc. Their cartridges have always been top-notch, and their service is great. Once I had a MICR cartridge that broke after I had been using it a while. I sent them an email, hoping to get a discount on a new one, since I had used about half the toner in the cartridge. They said "No, you are not getting a discount. You are getting a brand new cartridge at no cost to you." I didn't even have to send the old one back. They just sent a new one, and I had it within two days. Their prices are the lowest I have found. At Office Depot, a new HP high-capacity cartridge for my printer costs $143.99, and a remanufactured cartridge is $121.99. I only pay $59.98 for a remanufactured cartridge, and they work great. I record the page count, so I know they print just as many pages as a new one. You can get 5% off your first website order, using code web08131. Their website is www.crofficetech.com, and their phone number is 800-733-7737.
