Looks like they're a pretty good sized company with 35 locations. Appears they settled a class action lawsuit against them February, 2009 regarding notary fees and are paying some $500K plus in settlement. http://www.ustitlesettlement.com/casedoc/NRT_v_STLouis.pdf
Never worked for them before though and nothing in SC. Just a real quick Google.

This issue of "notary fees" has been raised in other states, as well. They are, of course, listing the "signing fee", but listing it as "notary fees" exceeds the amounts allowed by the states.

Didn't say it was good or bad...just pointed out that they evidently reached a settlement for a half mil+ in February. Didn't see any info on how they pay so couldn't help there.
