I just wanted to say that I did a closing for them on 5/28 - in fact two trips the same date for the same borrower and received my check today. I have worked for them in the past and have never had a problem with them. I know there were previous threads about them. They paid me full fee for both trips also. 2nd trip was to have them resign the HUD because of some adjustments.

That's encouraging. I'm waiting for payment for a 6/4 closing, hopefully I'll have a good experience like you did. This is my first closing for them.

I am waiting on a payment from a closing I did for them on 6/17/09, They have paid in under 30 days in the past.

Recieved payment 8/12 for closing on 7/11. Less than 30 day wait !
