They're really cheap. NR was offering them for members for $5. At that price I don't re-ink, just replace. I tried to re-ink & it was a mess. You can also call NR & ask them.

I re-inked mine just a couple of times while I was waiting for my commission to expire and when I renewed I got a better stamp. You can pull out the pad tray by depressing the stamp a little bit. I used cheap inker I bought at Staples.
