Witness requirement in SC - need update

It's been a while since I did a SC property closing.

I need to verify that SC still requires 2 witnesses - one can be the notary.

Thanks in advance

There will be one on the phone. Just needed to confirm the borrower will need to supply a witness.

Thanks,
