notarizing for a blind person

I am in CA, and did not see any reference in the Notary handbook about blind signers. I would like to know how this can be done in CA.

In IL, we are allowed to read the documents to them...and I guess for a POA or a Will or for docs with not too many pages, that's duable....but for a closing...with like 130 pages...I don't know?? Though I've never a closing like this, I say to you....good luck!

I have done them on several occasions either blind or legally blind, can still see with great visual aid or seriously visually impaired, I do read to them, but also suggest they have a family member present or a friend, write that persons name in your journal to be on the safe side that they were there to witness this transaction.
