AYC Signings

Happy Friday everyone! Does anyone have a fax number for Candice Lanier at AYC Signings? I had a cancel at the table and am owed a trip/print fee but have not been paid and that has been since 01/26/2009. She says she is hiring an attorney to collect her money but I want my money NOW.

Good Luck. I had very bad experience with AYC, all kinds of excuses about how she isn't getting paid. She still owes me money she refuses to pay. Says TC didn't pay her. I have tried to talk to TC to confirm but they are playing dumb also.

She owes me $$ since 12/13/08.. She has been telling me the same story.. in one of her mails she wrote "I pay when they pay or I would be bankrupt".

Candice has stiffed many notaries the same way she did with you, me and the notaries that have been complaining about her in this forum.

I did not see her company listed in signing central so maybe it is time to list her on there and hopefully other notaries will not have to go through the hassle we are. I have not had this bad of an experience since Closing Quest.....

Shows up in SC if you do not login but does not come up if you login. Never quite figured out how this happens or why.

Well that doesn't make much sense. What if they skip across borders then you don't know about the deadbeats until its too late. I've learned not to login to SC if I am just checking on a company.

That's happened to me before -

tried to link a post for a company I KNOW does business in Fl - wouldn't show up for me - I contacted NotRot management and they coded it for FL - shows up now. I'm sure this company works in FL too - should be there.

I think they're not popping up for me due to the coding issue. They're showing up for some...someone needs to add them or modify the listing to "nationwide"

That explains why they're on the list, and when I login, they're not. I tried to link it. I don't particularly like this system. IMO every company should be listed for everyone to view.
