I've done a couple for Justice Title. They were great to work with, paid a decent fee, & paid promptly. I'd give them an A++.

Me to and I agree. I've done a few Navy Fed's for Justice Title and it was a pleasant experience. From what David Isman told me, he's in a different dept and the loans he's the SS for are not the Navy Fed's.

I was supposed to do one a week ago for him but the time kept remaining "open" with no definite appt time firmed up as promised so I finally told them to please find someone else as it was already 5:30 PM and I could not remain "on call" all night.

I did a signing for him a month ago...

I'm right at 30 days out with no check yet... I won't get worried until another week passes. Here's how it went with me:

The signing was scheduled by Jennie Davies, who apparently works for MRIS. She sent my instructions and told me that Dave would contact me later.

Dave called me and said that the borrower had already gone over the numbers with the EO or Title or Lender... can't remember who... and that he was ready to go. He was very nice , and responded quickly when I had a question about one of the docs

I was then called by Brenda at the Title company (Justice) and they sent me the docs directly.

The signing went well, and the only request was that I fax Dave a copy of the signed HUD. Easy enough.

I followed the directions for submitting the invoice and haven't heard anything... so I assume everything is fine. Like I said, I'm right at 30 days since the signing.

I am a North Carolina signing agent. Justice Title is excellent company to work for. Very friendly and easy to contact if you have a question. I was paid within 10 days or less from the funding of the transaction.
