As much as I have been asked to backdate, stamp an already signed deed with the presenter swearing that the signature was real etc etc, I guess not much suprises me anymore.

Very sad, indeed. Scamming "illegals" is big business--id cards, etc. You hear stories all the time of how they are victimized. Thanks for sharing the story.
