Busy May expected

At least by FISERV. Vincent sent out an email saying they have been told to expect saturday closings over Memorial weekend due to a higher volume of loans that are expected to close

Yes, I already have scheduled for 3 over the next few days, one of them paying a mint.

If thing are already looking this good and we have barely cracked May, I wonder what the middle and end of the month will look like?

depends where you live

That would be a nightmare in my area.. I live on the Jersey Shore and it will be grid lock from Friday afternoon till Monday. Only ones I would take would early am in town only.

I made the mistake my first year doing this and spent all day on the road.
