Docs posted to E-title
I was scheduled to do two signings this weekend (on the same street). I received no instructions (or docs) prior to the date and when I went into my e-mail found I did not have neither signing. I contacted the borrower and told him and things got to rolling.
It seems the docs were posted to e-title and when I went into retrieve them, my password and logon did not work. I suggested they change my password since my logon was my vendor I.D. Of course, there was no one around that knew how to do that and so I lost two appointments.
I was told to e-mail the company on Tuesday, when everyone returned, to get things straightened out. I did as instructed and called but everyone was too busy to handle it. I understand its cut week and everyone is going crazy but I wanted to be a part of the craziness and make some money in the process.
Has anyone else had problems with their e-title password/logon?
