Echo loans the president PAUL RODRIQUEZ FULL OF IT

This company has a new president with a nice write in the online boards: http://findarticles.com/p/articles/mi_m0EIN/is_2009_Feb_6/ai_n31313099/ but too bad they don't list he is full of it and does not pay hard working notaries.

Forensic Audit. Isn't that where they get the homeowner to give them money UP FRONT WITH NO GUARANTEE OF PERFORMANCE OR POSSIBILITY OF REFUND so that they can "audit" the loan documents for RESPA mistakes and then theoretically get the borrower to walk away from the loan but keep the house?

One of these I saw (not from Echo) was $1,400 up front.

I faxed a complaint letter today about the non payment of multiple notaries by Echo loans/spectra signing.etc......to the Ca. board of Real Estate today. Maybe I will forward a copy to the new president.
