First Equity Abstract Title, New York

Hi ...Has anyone worked for this TC...I did a signing for them 2 months ago. I just called them for a seond time and got the same answer. They are working on it and the checks should go out...I said, "That's what you told me 2 weeks ago"...I feel they are going to give me a hard time and maybe not pay at all..

Make sure your loan funded and didn't rescind and, if so..

Report them to the regulatory agency for title companies/escrow companies for New York...get them to light a fire under the company....no way should a TC hold your money for that long on a completed loan.....MHO
