Iwould like to say that Genuine Title, LLC Has giving me signings in my area that closed with no problems and I was paid in a timely manner.I have been paid for signings in 21 days with out any problems with their checks.

Put in SC today. 4-17 closing and received the check today..

I was proud to get it since I have read the other posts including Safir's commentary. I would not post it if it were not true. I just hope others receive their pay also.

Well you must be a lucky one.
I did a closing for them in April. I was promised by Shannon Smoot at the time that I accepted the closing for 90.00 (which is lower than I normally charge), that I would be paid in a timely fashion. They did send the check within 3 weeks of closing. The problem was it was unsigned. I returned it the same day to their return address with a personalized post it note on it. They have been playing games ever since. 1 - they never received it 2- send a new invoice 3- ignore emails. After being promised a replacement check 3 weeks ago, now it's let just ignore. Of course all the promises for getting the situation rectified came from Kosty (the boss), now it's no response. Going to my attorney (than god he's my brother if I'm not paid this week).
