Got a liquidation notice today

It was from Guarantee Title and Trust Company (Prairie Village, KS). I don't think I've ever done a closing for this company. When I looked at the legal docs on-line, trying to see if they had ever done business under another name, I found nothing other than that they were charge with "failure to maintain minimum surplus" and "failure to maintain adequate reserves." The name and address on the envelope the notice came in is correct, which it often isn't. I wonder how they got my name and why they think they owe me money. Anyone familiar with them?
