Just feel like Venting
I consider myself a professional notary. I make sure that there is a second witness, the borrower usually provides the witness and I notorize in front of the borrower. I also document their dl in my notary book and have them sign my book. Then I hear from another borrower that there was a notary who did none of the above. That really irrates me. Why are companies using these notaries. I know it will eventually bite them in the butt. But it just bothers me. I just needed to vent. Ty

There will always be someone who
just won't follow the rules, have ethics and scruples.
There will always be someone who will: send store bought cookies for a cookie swap at work or school; buy a knock-off and insist that it is an original; leave an ingredient out of a receipe so that you don't get what you expect; take credit for work they didn't do or an idea that someone else had; will tell your secret to others and deny it when confronted; go out with your boyfriend or husband behind your back; will under cut you in business;
and the list goes on, an on. I'm sure many of these things pop into your own mind. Thankfully, they are not your friends and if they were, you now know not to trust them. You follow your own drumbeat - the right people will find and appreciate you, just as you are.

And remember this prayer. I say it daily. It helps me to remember that I have no control over what others do, say, feel, think. Only my actions, thoughts, words, deeds do I have control over.
God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change; the courage to change the things I can; and the wisdom to know the difference.

Or... when you're really in a mood:
God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change; the courage to change the things I can; and the wisdom to know where to bury the bodies of those people I had to kill today because they pissed me off.
