Konstantin Safir - Genuine Title
Just received an e-mail from this jerk. He certainly is pi$$ed at someone, but sent it to the wrong person - me. Not only is he profane, but he talks about a notary who backed out of a closing an hour before the closing was to take place. He rants on and on about being accused of not paying his notaries and how he had some type of civil action filed against him, but claims he has NOW paid all his notaries. I have no idea who this joker is. If this scenario rings a bell to anyone, e-mail me, and I will give you the full details. Also, anyone who wants to see this e-mail - let me know and I'll get it to you.

This is a bunch of crap Konstantin
How does anyone entrust you with sensitive financial information when you ask for e-mail addresses on a public forum: that is an incredible breach of personal security. Seems like you can't even keep your sent e-mails straight. What is the name of your company so I can add it to my banned vendors list?

Re: This is a bunch of crap Konstantin
Nobody asked you to chime in bro! Mind your business. I have no clue what thay lady is talking about I never sent her an email today. Trust me before I wrote the post I checked my send items just in case. By the way the company is GENUINE TITLE, please make sure if by some chance my scheduler calls you tell her you do not want to work for us so I dont have to hear from you again.

I'm confused here...
Konstantin, you said, "Nobody asked you to chime in bro! Mind your business."
This from the same guy who posted (Msg #287164) just two days ago some he insisted (in all caps) that all notaries read? A message where you claim to have 400 closings a month and that, "since January [you] have been consistent with that payment process," but followed up with numerous notaries who claim otherwise?
You can't just post something, demand that we all read it and then not expect people to "chime in" or "mind their business".
Perhaps you can clear this up. You claim all of your payments have been processed within 30 days sincne January. If that's the case, then why are there posts here and on signing central that indicate that in April and May you have invoices that are 60 days late? It's not just one claim, either...there are multiple.
I've never worked for you. But, if someone from your company does call me, then I would want this answered before I'd even consider anything other than a firm no.

No dog in this, but... how would you--KS--know whether or
not you sent an e-mail to 'goodgirl' --which is an alias--nor does she link to her profile and, hence, her e-mail address. Sure sounds to me like she got an e-mail from you.

$90.00 ?!!????!!??!!????
Sometime back, someone claiming to represent Genuine Title only offered me $75.00 for edocs for a 70 mile round trip. One of those "It's just in the next zip code" moments.

Re: $90.00 ?!!????!!??!!????
Heh. I got one of those today. It's tough to explain that out here in the desert, some of the zip codes are the size of entire counties!
I was offered $85 for a job 60 miles away today. Sure, I'll drive to California City... but people don't realize that it's an hour's drive because you have to drive AROUND Edwards AFB, not through it. I swear, I argued with this woman for 5 minutes that I don't bill by a mapped radius for a reason. I knew I wasn't going to take it, but she was begging. Ugh. I finally told her, "This is a 100 mile round-trip, and will require at least an hour of driving each way. I am not military and I cannot just drive through Edwards Air Force base, lady. My travel fee, alone, for this trip will be $65.00. I charge $25 for edocs and my basic signing agent fees start at $85. Notarizations are not included in that fee. I itemize everything. So, from what you're telling me, let's say I have 5 notarizations -- so, that's $225 minimum, but I'm open this afternoon, so I'll do it for $195."
She hung up. Heh.
I didn't want to be difficult, but she was making me mad, insisting that it "couldn't possibly" be a 100+ mile drive. What? As if I don't know? I have family that lives there...I know exactly how long that drive is!

konstantin, why not just admit you made a mistake and move on, oh wait, what about the signings completed in Jan , Feb and March, have they all been paid? Until they start posting on signing central you are sol. Sorry, but that ...is how capitalism works in this country.

Folks: I just went back and looked at Mr. Wonderful's e-mail. It is dated May 3. I received it today - could be it was late; could be I'm not checking my e-mails as often as I should. NONE THE LESS... I went back through the posts on May 3, and see where there was a discussion brewing with this joker. Many people responded to his posts. I wasn't even on Not Rot on May 3. So, bottom line is...he meant to send this ridiculous piece of horse poo to someone else, and somehow sent it to me. How could that happen when I never posted anything on May 3. I probably wasn't even on line on May 3 because I worked. A couple of people have ask to see the e-mail. I would be glad to send it, but don't know how to get it from my inbox to someone else if I don't have an e-mail address for the recipient. If someone could enlighten me, I'd be glad to share. I'm just not that computer literate I guess. Thanks.

IMO this whole thing is nasty business & I'm tired of seeing his stuff here on the board. If he has issues with any notaries he needs to resolve those privately, like any other business would do. I hate to see the forum abused this way.
