LSI Title Agency, INC., LSI Texas-Doc Signing..
Just started working for these folks and they evidently have quite a bit of business. Very nice to work with, but don't know how they pay. First signing was May 15th. According to what I have read they are supposed to cut you a check after the RTC expires. Should mean I have a check on that first closing by Saturday, or before. Doing the 3rd one for them tomorrow. Did the 2nd one for them today. That's pretty good for a new company in 6 days, if they pay.
SO FAR they're really SUPER to work with. Rolanda is a gem, their scheduling coordinator. You have a question, you get an answer quickly! SO FAR! All the loans so far have been USAA Financial. They are 82 pages, and take no more than 25 minutes to close for me. First one took 18 minutes, the one today took 22 minutes, and it would have been quicker but she had to make a copy of her ID and then made a copy of her wiring instructions for a $45K cash from borrower transfer to be sent tomorrow. Could have easily been a 15 minute closing, if not for that.
I fill out everything I can before going to a closing, short of my sig and stamp. I point that out to the borrower(s) when I sit down and let them know that I did that to save them time at the signing table, and they always appreciate that.
This LOOKS like it's going to be a good client, and I'm VERY happy with their paperwork. Just a form to fax back with the HUD (4 page faxback). I like'em so far, but I'll have to wait to see how they pay. You never know check by check when they'll stop coming, or when that first one will come in to let you know how they really pay. I feel pretty good about them right now, but the proof is in the pudding.

Someone needs to list them in Signing Central. The only LSI that is currently showing is Corapolis, PA.

LSI VA Refi's are 99 pages.....yes...that NINETY NINE! Or at least they are so far. Why can't they all get'em done with 99 pages? Still liking working for this company. Have another closing for them in the morning and just printed the docs a little while ago. Roland, my Sweetie, doesn't call me any more, but the schedulers that have taken over the Texas scheduling are great also. (Ro, you miss me, don't you???? LOL)
