Loan Docs

I am a new Notary and was wondering if anyone can answer a question for me. In my journal do i enter the fee that will be paid to me for loan doc signings? Or is this fee considered something like a travel fee would be considered? thanks!

I record the in my journal only the number of actual notarizations and the legally alowable fee for this.

The part of my fee that is for mileage, printing, time, etc. does not go in the journal. This makes tax prep much easier.
