Maybe its me

Seems like alot of clients are requesting new info for the files and have come out with new guidlines for closings and all of them wanted it for today.

It, not just you. I have had a lot of the same requests. It could be that conditions have changed the rules. It would also be logical for the clients to update their notary information from time to time.
