Nationwide Closing Connection

Took a purchase closing from them this morning in the car and now I see they are on Signing Central as out of business as of July of last year. Any updates from anyone. Their website is operational and they answer the phone. Although I've been asked to fax in my info and thats not going through. Would appreciate any news at all.
