New IL Notary Handbook?

I saw a comment below where someone stated that there was a new IL Notary Handbook. I called the SOS office last week with a question regarding an ID question, and I ask at that time if there was an updated Handbook and was told "NO". I was also told that they are not going to make an revisions to it in the near future. This question was ask because I went out on the cyberdrive website and downloaded the Handbook thinking all the new detail was in there, and it was not. But what suprised me the most...is she gave me a website to refer to....and it was a link to an NNA website (which is a whole other issue in itself)!

So, my question is...is there really an updated handbook available? and if so, where can I get it?

the handbook dated February , 2007
There is a new link on the website to the new law effective 6-1-09
including some explanation.
