Notary Information
A real estate agency asked me to send them my information via e-mail. Does anyone know where I can get some sort of template? Or tips on what to include ?

Make up a message and save it to drafts in your email program. Then just change who its to every time you use it and then save again to drafts each time you send it.
Dont know what you should include. You could think of it as a resume of a sort with all the relevant information.

I use Microsoft Publisher. Another one I like is Microsoft Works. There are lots of them available. In fact your computer may have came with a program that my do what you need. Once you have one worked up you can print it out. Then you can scan it back into your computer and save it in your documents. Then attach as an attachment to the Email you are sending to the person who requested your information. I would use a resume template. Good Luck.

I think they are looking for years of experience, types of loans you have experience with, references and good description of how serious you take your work. It is a sort of resume but leave any fees out as that is negotiated at the time. List the counties you cover and availability hours along with contact information and website. Thats your best bet. If they want something other than that stuff they will ask for it. You could also include your commission number for them to verify and check on and if you've done the background check I would send that along too with a W-9. Good Luck

It would be better to ask the requesting agency what to include. Some may want a simple vcard, others may want a small qualifications list, still other may only want contact info. Though you may feel like a knucklehead, calling back to ask may actually solidify your relationship - if done right. See it as an opportunity.

For a quick outline you can use your notary rotary profile.

Agree with Harry PA
Your profile should contain all your notary experience. I would just send the profile and then call to see if they have any further questions.
Everyone have a great and safe week
