PA Settlement Services-Any recent information?

I accepted an assignment for tomorrow morning and already confirmed with the borrower. I noticed some old posts indicating trouble getting paid from them. Because it is very local I don't mind taking a chance at this point but hope I don't lose out altogether. Has anyone recently worked with them?

Closed one very last minute on 04/23/09 and received payment on 05/12/09.
