Richmond Title, LP aka Flex Agents Signing Team. LLC

Inadvertently, accepted a loan signing at the last minute from Richmond Title. Did my due diligence and called back and declined. Told Tiffany their payment history was terrible on NR and asked to be removed from their data base.
I have done work for them several years back and had no problem with payment but I am tired of being stiffed and listening to the poor excuses for why they have not paid SA. I think these companies pay the SA's where they have a large volumn of business and don't pay those in the small volumn markets. They also change company names so often it is hard to keep up with the dead-beats.

They pay us every month on the dot. They had some issues the end of last year but when the cheapskate they use here isn't available they will pay us what we ask and we always get our checks. All you people who write off every company who doesn't pay you in two weeks I don't know how you stay in business.

I also have had no problems getting my fee or being paid. I think once last year I had to call on a late payment but it was sent out promptly. I would work for them again.

Re: Never had an issue w/them re: pymt or fees being met

I never call about payments until 45 days and most of the time 60 days. Transcontinental Title is one of the few companies I have that pays in 2 weeks. I based my decision to cancel the signing with Richmond Title on the vast amount of negative information found in NR. Maybe, it would be good for us to post positive information which would aid us in the decision process and help some of the companies

No....

Comment and rate in SC, yes - post here? No, unless in response to a request for info - random positive posting is what gets the board inundated with ninja posters....

Re: Richmond Title now pays $75 for e-dox ...

I used to get a lot of calls from Richmond Title. Then from FLEX. They meet my fees and I have not had any major issues with payments. True, because they meet my fees, I don't receive as many calls as I used to. But that is even more of a reason for me to stick to my fees. If I am the "only as a last resort" SA for a company, they will not get any discount on my fees (which are fair at any given time).

Overall, I have and would continue to accept jobs from either, Richmond Title or Flex (same company). Smile
