I knew it.. Got a call from a decent client TC the call came in around midnight for a 1pm deal. Scheduler said the docs will go out first thing in the am..(yeah ok) I had 2 other deals to do before then.

I get home around 11:30 guess what no docs.. Did not pass compliance -ugh why call me @ midnight if its not a done deal.

Did I mention how much I hate last minute EOM crap..most of them fail.

Shoot I only had two the 'hole darn week, and an el cheapo application that I took only because I had nothing else to do (and only 14 pages). But I certainly understand about getting a rush/late call and then.......... no docs! Ugh.

That's why I typically don't do last minute signings. If they can't give me a few hours notice AND have the docs ready when they call, then they can find someone else. I'm giving my ulcers the summer off!

I find this to be true also. Almost anytime I get one of those last minute calls it doesn't work out.
