Slow?

Things have gotten slow, no calls since Thursday. Same everywhere???

Kim here in Colorado it's been rather steady. It has been a strange pattern. I never used to be busy the first part of the month. Now I'm getting more and more calls the early part of the month. (Not complaining about that I have no idea what's up because I have always expected that end of month rush. Also a lot of last minute calls. Last month was really strange nothing the first part of the month, mid-month I was swamped till the end of the month. This month starting off with a Bang!

I think the part of the country where you live has a lot to do with how busy you are. It depends on where lenders are working at the moment.

Kim just keep that cell phone on at all times

I had a geat EOM for April, then the phone stopped ringing. I've had nothing for a week now. Hope it changes mighty soon.

The trend for me over the past few months has been to be very heavy at EOM. The majority of signings I'm doing are for FHA/VA. This week if fairly quiet, and I look forward to a bit of break the beginning of the month. It's a good time to catch up on paperwork and personal business matters. In this business you have to be flexible. I used to sort of panic when the phones were quiet for a few days, but now I'm grateful for the slower part of the month.
