Snyder Professional Law Services G/B/U

I have been called twice to take paperwork and collect paperwork and fee for this company. Has anyone worked for them?

These are for modifications, are they the same as any other modification company out there, but with an attorney doing the mod work? I rejected them both times, good or bad idea?

At this point I stay away from all loan mod appointments UNLESS it's for an actual loan mod agreement between the lender and borrower.

These attorney appointments seem to consist of getting a retainer signed and to collect a check. I'm hounding Spectra Signing Services right now for payment of services from last March for getting an attorney retainer signed for loan mod negotiation services. When I accepted the appointment I thought it was for an actual loan mod - didn't realize until the docs were e-mailed to me that it was an attorney agreement.

Since then I have decided not to accept any more of these appointments because so many are scams and also I'm having to chase my payment.

I would also check to see if they have been regulated in Pennsylvania by the Banking Department and licensed to do loan mods in PA.

Thank you both!

You confirmed exactly what I was thinking!
