Speaking of emailing closing requests

I just rcvd an email asking to close a loan with 3 full copies of the closing docs and fax backs for $95. One copy to be signed and one for each bwr! You have got to be kidding me. The offer was bad enough for 2 copies, now they are asking for 3! Unreal!

Yep, got one just like that, gave them my fee and never heard from them again. 1 copy ea. bo? Like they want 2 stacks of legal docs to attempt to file? Like they won't just pitch one when I leave? totally dumb.

JMHO, of course, and what do I know. Haven't seen this on TV.
