Spectra Signing Services (AKA Echo Loans, Inc)

I had done loan mods for them back in March. About 3 weeks later Shayna told me that they had misplaced my invoice and that checks go out on the 25th of every month and if I were to submit my invoices I would be paid when the April 25th checks get mailed. Well it is May 7th, needless to say no money yet. I have called the 800-985-5266 and the "operator" who is not nice at all said the company was out of business. So I called one the loan reps at Echo Loans - Deb Christiansen she said that she would talk to her boss. But they may be all in cahoots!

I'm waiting for payment also. I called Dave McNeill-my contact person. He stated that the
company is in the process of moving and to call the 800-985-5266 number tomorrow. He stated
that they are not out of business. I will check tomorrow.

I'm owed from March 10th - no payment yet despite Shayna's promise that payment would be sent out on April 25th.

Shayna called me 10 days ago for another job and I kindly told her I could not accept additional orders until I received payment for the first one I did. She assured me payment was scheduled to go out on April 25th, but I still declined.

Good Morning All. After reading yesterdays posts, Thought I would be out $$ also. While waiting for late docs, I pulled up the file and started E-mailing all names on it. Asking when and how I would be paid. I got a response from A Nikki Manhart, Director of Administration, Financial Solutions, 30021 Tomas Street, Rancho Santa Margarita, CA 92688. Also her direct e-mail is "[e-mail address]" she wrote: "Please send an invoice, and I will get this taken care of ASAP. Thanks. Please fax it to 866-463-8424." Hope this helps.

I completed a loan mod for this company on Feb. 13th 2009 as of today's date no payment received. I called and was told you need to speak to so and so then they would patch me through and hang up on me. I emailed the person I received docs from and she did reply told me to please fax an invoice so she can get this taken care of. I thought this was funny because I sent invoice with the package but things get misplaced so I did fax the invoice. Then the girl emailed me back stating are you sure that is the right amount we only pay 50.00 for mods. I emailed her back and told her that I would forward the confirmation showing 75.00 which I did. Last correspondance with them was on April 24th and here I am still with no payment. All paper work has now been sent to collections. Please Avoid this company they do not pay and have no intentions on paying.

I did a loan modification on 3/4/09 for Echo loans and was told they pay within 30 days...needless to say, nothing. You cannot get through to anyone, and then the check is in the mail, or the checks get cuts the 25th, I will Fed Ex it out to you today...and nothing. They are a bunch of liars and losers, and I feel sorry for anyone who actually takes out a loan with these people. I rarely do loan modifications, and not worth the time for a mere $40.00. Not even enough to pursue.
