Sunset Signings, LLC - BEWARE!

In almost seven years, this company is the absolute worst I have come up against. He doesn't answer his phone or acknowledge emails. I did an Esigning February 4th and still have not been paid! I, unfortunately, have been burned by several companies, EFS and Lenders First Choice, in the past year. This one I almost avoided because I looked them up on NotRot soon after I accepted the assignment. I called Steve back and said, "Sorry, I don't want to do this assignment for you because you don't pay your notaries". Well....he's a smooth talker and he convinced me the notaries had axes to grind, so I did the closing. Now I'm paying the price because I've spent so much time writing letters and looking up complaint forms to file and talking to others involved with this particular mortgage. I want to see his company shut down. If any of you have any info that I can use please PM me. Has anyone else done an AmTrust Esigning and not been paid by this company??
