The E-Mail From Konstantin Safir

Here it is - hope this works. I copied and pasted.

Subject: Re: Genuine title

This message is a reply to your post. I do own the Genuine title settlement service. I have a scheduler and an account department that strictly work under me and get paid what I hired them for. I run the business under an umbrella to Genuine title since all the checks cut to you guys come from Genuine title I have my own books and have to pay my own taxes. We do over 400 closings a month and in the past we used settlement companies but in the end it gave us a bad rep since everyone knows settlement companies do not pay their notaries. I am a notary myself and have been burned many of times. I'm not sure in your message if you are trying to be a smart ass or just really curious. In the past from the months of October to December we were paying notaries 60 days out but never had I had a claim against me and everyone has been paid. I know other settlement companies just burned everyone as they went under. I would love to put the bad reputation to rest for good but I know that notaries have to be ware of who they work for because its not fair that they are the only ones that don't get paid in the end, since in reality they are the most important piece of the puzzle for the deal to go through. The only thing that bothers me is when a notary cancels within an hour before closing to make a statement to my company because they have already read the posts and knew that they would not do the closing. So since I have over 500 notaries in my book that love working for me I am going to start telling them to post on this site and explain how easy it is working for me. my policy has been payment on every 30th of the month and since January I have been consistent with that payment process. Like I said take this message for what you want but after you see so many notaries writing good posts about me it should be safe for you to take my closings. The only reason I am writing this post is because I know people who are reading it are qualified notaries who I defiantly want working for me and that's the only way I will grow as a company. I am an account rep for Genuine title also so for me to show my accounts that my notaries are top notch will only make the title company grow as well. I hope this message reaches the good ones and you can always contact me directly.

speech writer, or maybe even an author , I think that we have just the
guy for the job.
Several comments, but does the word "paragraph" have strike a familiar note?

It is interesting what you can learn from the internet.

Google does not show any hits for Genuine Title Settlement Services.

There is a Genuine Title, LLC operating out of Maryland.

Konstantin Safir is listed as an Account Manager for Genuine Title, LLC.

If you would like to complain to his boss, Jay Zukerberg is listed as President of the company and in charge of Scheduling, HUD Review and Customer Service.

Hey GOODGIRL, I did not send that email to you if you actually knew what you were talking about you would of realized it was a reply in a FORUM!!! Not an email to you directly. Now to all others who think I am a fake, Genuine Title LLC decided to run its own settlement service IN HOUSE!! That's what I do I handle all of Genuine's closings IN HOUSE! that's why its the same name GENUINE TITLE SETTLEMENT SERVICES. I do 300-400 closings a month since we are a very big nationwide company. I control all of the accounting and decision making. So if anybody wants to go to JAY who is the owner of Genuine title I can guarantee that he will direct you to me since he has nothing to do with the settlements except his companies name on the checks you guys receive. I am also an Account Rep for Genuine title as I bring in my own mortgage companies to use us for their title work. Otherwise if you have an issue with me most of you know you can email me at any time.

Safir - K: This forum doesn't email forum responses to

people. I think that someone emailed Goodgirl with that message.

I don't think she's confusing this forum and her email inbox. JMHO.

Re: Safir - K: This forum doesn't email forum responses to

I did a closing for them in April. I was promised by Shannon Smoot at the time that I accepted the closing for 90.00 (which is lower than I normally charge), that I would be paid in a timely fashion. They did send the check within 3 weeks of closing. The problem was it was unsigned. I returned it the same day to their return address with a personalized post it note on it. They have been playing games ever since. 1 - they never received it 2- send a new invoice 3- ignore emails. After being promised a replacement check 3 weeks ago, now it's let just ignore. Of course all the promises for getting the situation rectified came from Kosty (the boss), now it's no response. Going to my attorney (than god he's my brother if I'm not paid this week).
