Tricor Title CA
Has anyone had any problems with Tricor Title? Lots of paperwork, splitting packages?

I often work for the Ticor office in Tustin CA. They are a delight to work with.

Les - As an aside, I got a kick out of this from your profile, "I am presentable..."! Lynn

Re: presentable?
Hard to describe oneself in a few words…What I mean is although I may not be pretty, I always dress business…as if I were doing the closing in the office of my best customer. (or on TV)

Les - I received your message, but deleted it by mistake. If you don't mind, please send your contact information again.
As I wrote in my previous message, I am LynnNC and I hope that you can tell from my posts on NR that I am experienced and professional....you can look at my profile and see that I am, also, "presentable"! I have closed over 1,500 loans and promise that I won't bug your contact, I just want to give my information to someone.
Thanks!
Lynn

If you mean Ticor Title Company, they are a pretty good company. That is where I trained and did my very first closing.
You are not getting this mixed up with Tri-Star Title, which by the way is a Ticor subsidiary. The Tri-Star in Illinois was shut down a couple of years ago for their involvement in a property flipping scam.

Aunt M. You haven't answered the question of if it is
Tricor with a Tr OR Ticor with a Ti? And where are they located? This makes a huge difference so it helps to have the spelling correct. I don't know if there is a Tricor with a Tr, but do know there is a Ticor with a Ti.
