Truly Mobile Closings/Virginia
Today, I received a print fee from Truly Mobile Closings for a closing I declined to do a couple of weeks ago, due to the borrower wanting me to sign a confidentiallity agreement. As it turns out, a second trip was warranted due to the borrower marking up the docs and not agreeing with a ton of other things on the docs and refused to sign some of them. All involved with this closing agreed this borrower was a problem. Geeze, I wonder why I didn't want this closing? The SS was upsidedown on this one but still sent me $25.00 print fee. In a very timely manner I should add. I told her when I cancelled this closing on my end, because I would not sign any agreement the borrower wanted me to sign and the borrower would probably not want to sign with me anyway under that circumstance, that I would provide the docs to whomever was going on this one, since I was very close to the borrower, and would not ask for a print fee. That same day I received the check, I got a call from Dianna/Truly Mobile Closings asking me to cover another closing. I thanked her for the $$ and told her I would destroy the check, her response was no please keep it, you printed the docs and you deserve the $$. I was shocked! Not only is this an upstanding SS but she agreed with me on not signing the home-made conifidentiallity agreement that borrower wanted me to sign. WOW! Would work for her anytime! And if you are reading this Dianna, thank you again!
