Please be advised that Utah Financial is a disreputable company. I was hired to complete a signing by one of their representatives, who has subsequently left the company and I have received no return calls or indication that they intent to make good on payment for my services rendered.

When was the closing? I'd give them 30 days befor I began hounding them. A lot have been 45 day range with payments. Lots more closer to 60 days.

Utah Financial use to be a very active company, mostly sub-prime, and FHA. But if you were hired by the LO, and he’s now selling used cars. I don’t think you’ll see your money. Good Luck!
