Met my fee and paid. Full fee on a closing which the borrower used her Rtc., and second closing for same paid. No issues.

They just offered me $65 for one of these 60 page INGs ... $65 for an e-doc refi, no matter how simple "in theory" ... doesn't cut it for me. I do them for another company at $110.

Contacted by Dave @ VIP Close for work in early January 2009. MSNiLLC sent me paperwork. I performed the work, sent a bill with overnight. Never heard from them. Sent email. Never heard back. Finally contacted Dave on 3/31/09 who promised reponse asap; never heard back. I emailed him AGAIN on 4/27; he promised a check on 4/30 check run. I emailed again on 5/28 and FINALLY got my check in the mail on 5/22. I'LL NEVER WORK FOR THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
