Nomination: for most junk docs and ridiculous number of duplicate wet signatures.... Wachovia.
My TC contact warned me, gave me a quick lesson, then there was an explanation page too.
Sign and return ALL the RTC's they're numbered, the loan will not fund if they don't all come back. Okay, no problem, but I ran out of fingers counting them.
3 signed copies of the funding instructions (yes, borrowers sig on last page of them.)
And the jurats, I dunno, like 6 of 'em. Including an "affidavit of address" that just said the address of the subject property (already on the DOT if I'm not mistaken) and, get this, a paragraph that they may contact you by phone during the life of the loan... most banks have that somewhere, this one was in a sworn statement.
173 pages, not an RM.

I did a loan signing with 17 jurats....not an acknowledgment in the bunch.
Another signing had 10 RTC's - 3 with only wife's name, 3 with only husband's name and 4 with both their names. ALSO, these 10 RTC's on some had the current date preprinted, missing the 3rd biz day date, some with the 3rd biz day date preprinted, missing the current date, others had no dates preprinted dates. <heeheehahaha!>
