I'm the same right now only 3 this month.

TCs are swamped- working on Jan docs now

Rates have dropped since Jan and smart people are starting all over again.

10 million people out of work

People who had jobs in Jan maynot now.

You're not alone. My April was very good. So far, in May, I've had 3 closings and only one call for Friday. I'm quite concerned that I'm not getting the calls I did last month.

As of May 1st, the rules of how the mortgage companies interact with the appraisers dramatically changed. It is affecting the speed at which they are getting appraisals. I think that might be contributing.

It's definitely starting to pick up for me...I've gotten 4 calls for signings on Wednesday today alone...Hopefully it keeps up

Where in x are you?
I'm in Weatherford, about 30 miles west of Ft Worth.
It's been slow but I have had 8 so far this mon. I have another 4 on the books in the next couple of days.

It's been so quiet this month for me and I turn down four today because of distance or scheduling problems. I rarely turn down FOUR in one day.
