taking pacific dox to court

I am filling a civil suit against pacific dox, Alisson Thomas....anyone who has done work with her knows she does not pay. She owes me for two jobs and I am tired of waiting for pay so I am taking her to court. I have filed against companies before for non payment and gotten paid so I am hoping this will help me get paid. I would like to know if anyone would be willing to give me a notarized statment as to the charactor of this company that I can take with me to court. I believe it could help my case if the court knows how Pacific Dox works.

Yeah, it looks a little bleaker than it did last week, and it looks a little worse each day, but you're still basically in a 4 way tie for the division.

Imagine being a Dbacks or Nationals fan...40 games into the season and already no light at the end of the tunnel.

Hey Lorna,

If you think it would help your case, I'd be happy to provide a notarized statement that they have not not paid me either. I haven't taken them to court yet myself but it's coming. Just contact me with an address and it's yours.

I have had issues with them but only when it comes to TIME, it takes them a while to pay.

Suggestion? Send Allyssa an email asking if she could pay you with paypal. worth a try,,,,,,

I dont think i should have to ask for payment through paypal, one I dont have a paypal account, never needed one and two, i did the work and should get paid for it period.
